First course:

  • Homemade soup served with a bread roll
  • Smoked salmon pate served with toasted sourdough

  • Smoked salmon and crabmeat timbales
  • A choice of smoked salmon and cream cheese or garlic mushroom roulade

Main course:

  • Baked salmon with a Parmesan crust
  • Chicken breast, wild mushroom and bacon stuffing and marsala sauce
  • Pork in watercress sauce
  • Beef Stroganoff
  • Boeuf Bourguignon
  • Venison casserole (seasonal)

Served with a selection of vegetables or salad

Desserts:

  • Banoffee Pie
  • Meringue Roulade
  • Lemon Flan with ginger crumb
  • Curd cheesecake with fruit topping
  • White chocolate cheesecake
  • Lemon or chocolate Tart
  • Profiteroles with chocolate sauce
